My clients consider me as a catalyst and a partner who enables them to get to their desired outcome by raising their awareness and shifting their perspectives with new possibilities and opportunities for their own actions. My integrated coaching style includes the 11 core competencies as defined by the ICF, the GROW model, NLP, TA, Neurosciences and Emotional Intelligence approaches. I strongly believe that the client and the situation determine what is needed and which appropriate gate to use. I focus on both what is happening in the present moment as well as on what is happening in the client’s organizational system as both micro and macro perspectives are essential.
