About Me
I have been a coach for 6 years. I work with individual contributors and people managers to enable them to connect with their highest potential. Being a result driven person with values of efficiency, pragmatism and experimentation, I was simply stunned by the impact that coaching had on me and my team in delivering our goals, while being a Project Leader.
My Coaching Experience
I have coached people from various backgrounds in a wide range of topics. Depending on my client’s needs, I define what technique is best suited to the situation. I work at the root level of your mind and body for long lasting transformations. With Co-Active Coaching, I use powerful and challenging questions while using the body to discover what is more resourceful and right for you. With the Non-Violent Communication method, we train your mind to be less judgmental/critical of yourself, others and situations while raising awareness of your needs. With Positive Intelligence Coaching, I support you to transform your mind with the aid of an App and daily practices.

Other Experience
On top of my coaching practice, I also have a very solid experience in the industry area, spanning over 15 years in diverse R&D and Business roles. As a Program Manager in a large company, I am especially verse in project management (I am PMP® certified) and in people management. My “manager as a coach” approach has led my team to out beat all key performance indicators for 5 years in a row. I have worked in 6 countries, including 5 years in the USA and travelled the world. I thrive in multicultural, multidisciplinary settings. I am fluent in French and English. I am a calm, stable, pragmatic, direct, dynamic and courageous person whose fundamental values are authenticity, integrity, diversity, family and respect.
