Certified consultant in AEC Disc: Behavioral tool to assess the how and the why of our behaviors; I mostly use this tool when my coachees need to know themselves better, develop more efficient communication and leadership
I am also keen on using photolanguage with images I select based on each coachee's situation
I have developed my own tool to help the coachee determine what sort of expatriate he/she is and determine his/her readiness to accept change in his/her life when living abroad
When it arrises, I enjoy using the Maslow pyramids of needs which I adapt according to the coachee's situation and nationality
I also use various little tools either borrowed from more senior coachs, books or tools I create on the spot (such as priority spheres)
