Collective Supervision (French)

Supervision is part of the professional and personal development of accompanying persons, and, as such, is a "must" for demanding professionals.
It is an excellent way to refine our experience gained on the field and to develop our coaching practice in depth.
Following the request of some of our members, ICF Luxembourg is pleased to offer you two packages, one in French and the other in English
The course would start next March for approximately 6 months (4ea 2-hour session).
Depending on the chosen formula (EN or FR), some sessions will be held by Zoom (or equivalent).
Practical and financial details, as well as the Bios of the supervisor, are provided hereafter.
1st session on 21 March from 18:30 till 20:30 face-to-face (location to be defined)
2nd session in 10 May from 18:30 till 20:30 by Zoom
3rd session on 12th June from 18:30 till 20:30 face-to-face (location to be defined)
4th session on 18th September from 18:30 till 20:30 by Zoom
Methodology :
Participants will send in their questions/requests before the sessions to optimise their progress. Depending upon the request the sessions can be held in the following formats:
- co-development
- presentation of new coaching methods/tools
- experience exchange
- practical cases
The French sessions will be held by Max Meulemans, MCC
Max intervenes as a trainer and accompanies persons in companies and individually since more than 20 years. He started his career in the chemical industry and his life story made him discover his interest in human resources, communication techniques and change management.
