Member of the board ICF- Chapter Luxembourg since October 2020
Josée Thyes, 54 years old, of Luxembourg nationality and self-employed entrepreneur
Certified Coach of ICN Business School and in the process of ACC accreditation by ICF.
"After more than 30 years of professional experience in Luxembourg in the banking sector, administrative management of a private-public SME, development aid and professional continuing education, I decided to become a self-employed entrepreneur and professional coach.
I offer my clients personal support and assistance, especially in the area of life and career transitions through individual, group or team- coaching. Furthermore, I offer to those clients interested, a unique and innovative coaching approach- a coaching assisted by my Australian Shepherd dog. In order to do so, I have followed an intense 11 month therapy dog training course with him. Cooper is a unique, sensitive and listening partner to accompany my clients by being their mirror without judging them, giving access to their emotions in an unconditional acceptance. He is an emotional support and can open doors that often remain closed to humans. Moreover, it allows numerous transpositions and projections to create, for example, a link to different management styles and communication skills.
My personal goal in dealing with my clients : To (re)connect with themselves through (re)connecting to nature and to become the best version of themselves!
As a member of the board of the ICF Chapter Luxembourg, I offer my federation, team spirit skills and analysis skills, as well as being fluent in the 4 languages commonly used in Luxembourg, including Luxembourgish. I will act within the board with kindness and honesty based on my professional and life experience, my empathic and observant abilities, my dedication and commitment. It is important for me to listen to the ICF coachs - members, make the link to ICF Global and serve ICF Luxembourg in the best possible way".
